The Prologue
We learn from our experience and the situations, events and incidents around us. Wadi Swat Passengers Buses Transport is the mother company to Wadi Swat Buses Rental LLC, Najm Swat Diesel, Swat Education Academy, Bus for Sale, Sama Al Jazeera Auto Maintenance, and Web Art & Mr. Bus. The term Wadi Swat is our brand name kept after the Famous Swat Valley in Northern Pakistan. Swat Valley (visitswatvalley.com) was the second capital of Buddha and the famous Gandhara Civilization. The valley is well known for its fascinating scenic beauty of snowcapped mountains, hills, meadows and panoramic crystal clear Swat River.
Our Brief History
Wadi Swat Passengers Buses Transport can be traced back to 2007 when I came to UAE and landed in Dubai on 16th February 2007 like a clueless nomad. I was searching for job but nothing was going to click at that time. My first job was very ordinary but improved in skills and enthusiasm was always there. I used to take interest in side business and short term investments. I started with a small bus that was shared was shared with my very close friend. In 2011 I had 4 and in 2013 I had 14 buses of my own. Wadi Swat Passengers Buses Transport was established in 2013 and after that it progressed by leaps and bounds. Currently we have hundreds of buses and more than 6 companies of different types and categories.
How did we grow to be here today?
Business growth is something that doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time, effort, and a lot of hard work. For us, it took a decade to get where we are today. But with the help of Allah, we’ve been able to achieve success after success. Our team has worked tirelessly to get us to this level, and our board of directors has made some great decisions that have helped us become the company we are today. We’re extremely proud of what we’ve been able to achieve, and we’re wholeheartedly dedicated to continuing our growth in the years to come. Thank you for being part of our journey. We couldn’t have done it without you.
Use of technology in our business?
Our team is the backbone of our company and we owe our success to them. Our employees are highly skilled and dedicated professionals who have helped us to grow. They are always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. We have a great team of office managers, accounts, IT, field operations, workshop technicians and drivers. All these employees have added value to our company and we are proud of them. We, in no way, can be successful if our team is not there with us. These workers are like silver and diamond for us and we consider them as our family. We would like to thank all our employees for their hard work and dedication. Without them, we would not be where we are today.

The group has no other business partners but it has contribution from many of our colleagues in the foundation of the earliest pillars of the company. Some of them have left the company and established their own companies while some are still our right hands supporting our cause.
